Who We Are
Fairhaven was founded in 2020 by experienced headhunter/recruiter, Andrew Anderson, with the goal of matching high-caliber engineering talent with exciting opportunities in technology and financial services, as well as architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC).
With over fifteen years of recruiting experience, Fairhaven knows the impact talent can have on an organization, and how life changing a career move can be for candidates.
